Wicks's most famous recording, that of the Sibelius Concerto, was released on the Biddulph label in 2005, along with a fabulous collection of short pieces ranging from Sarasate to Shostakovich, and the Berg-inspired miniature concerto by the Norwegian composer Fartein Valen. |

In 2008, to commemorate Wicks’s 80th birthday, Simax released a collection of broadcast performances spanning over four decades: Glazunov Concerto, Vaughan Williams “The Lark Ascending”, Brahms G Major Sonata (1st movement), Brustad Solo Suite, Sarasate Malaguena. |

In 2000, in collaboration with Norwegian Radio, Simax released live performances of the Norwegian composer Bjarne Brustad’s 4th Concerto (1968) and the Walton Concerto (1985). |

Doremi is planning in 2009-2010 a series of releases from Wicks’s private collection which will cover a vast range of music, from an electrifying Tchaikovsky Concerto at the Hollywood Bowl to rarely played works such as Germaine Tailleferre’s haunting Sonata, as well as many short pieces. |
